As a key member of our HVAC services team, you will play a critical role in estimating and supporting projects focused on chiller systems. Your expertise will help diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade a wide range of HVAC equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting: Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues, ensuring all failed components are addressed.
• System Expertise: Work with air- and water-cooled HVAC equipment, including VFDs and various starter types.
• Hydronic Systems: Diagnose and resolve issues with system pumps and water balance.
• Cooling Towers: Troubleshoot cooling towers and evaporative condensers effectively.
• Microprocessor Knowledge: Apply working knowledge of York, Trane, and Carrier microprocessors.
• Team Support: Assist with dispatch service calls during peak demand periods.
• Professional Communication: Maintain clear and respectful communication with customers and internal teams.
• Documentation: Complete and submit all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Independent Work: Take ownership of tasks, set goals, and follow through with urgency.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within the greater Dallas area as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including safe driving practices.
• Flexibility: Adapt to a dynamic and flexible work schedule.
