Job Description


Human Resources Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Provide comprehensive human resources support to the IT organization and its employees.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, workforce planning, job analysis, and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support performance management, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and training programs.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, personnel matters, disciplinary actions, and organizational concerns.
  • Assist with employee grievances, workplace investigations, labor relations, and labor contract administration.
  • Support Affirmative Action Plan and Equal Employment Opportunity compliance initiatives.
  • Help develop, review, and communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and organizational updates.
  • Create and maintain employee newsletters and other internal communications.
  • Build effective working relationships with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Possess excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive matters professionally, and work independently.
