Qualifications: Current NYS Registered Nurse license. Two (2) years' experience in nursing which includes any combination of medical-surgical, oncological, palliative and community home health/hospice. At least one (1) year of community hospice or home health experience is preferred. Hospice experience preferred. Position requires ability to commute to multiple territories to ensure continuity of care. A valid driver's license is required. (This requirement does not apply to positions assigned exclusively to Manhattan territory) A vehicle is required to commute to patients. (This requirement does not apply to positions assigned exclusively to Manhattan territory) Exhibits an ability and attitude relative to the spirit of caring and tradition as required by specific job duties and functions.
