What You'll Do

• Provide Skilled PTA Care: Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Perform Therapeutic Interventions: Focus on functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall risk reduction to help patients reach their mobility goals.
• Report Patient Progress: Document patient responses to treatment and communicate with the supervising PT to ensure a coordinated approach.
• Manage Your Caseload: Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care.

What You'll Need

• Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license
• CPR or BLS certification
• Driver's license and auto insurance
• Physical + TB test (within the last year)
• Professional liability and business license (if applicable)

We're looking for a clinician to cover the Antelope Valley - LA area, including Lancaster, Palmdale, and Acton. This high desert region offers a more relaxed pace and a lower cost of living than the rest of LA. You'll be working in a community with a strong military presence and a focus on aerospace.
