What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes (e.g., wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management)
  • Conduct skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation
  • Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and the interdisciplinary team
  • See an average of 5-6 patients per day

What We're Looking For

  • Current Washington State LPN license (or eligible before your first day)
  • Prior home health or hospice experience preferred
  • Confidence to work independently and apply strong clinical judgment
  • Current BLS certification from AHA
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
