We're Looking for One Person Who Can:

• Walk into the box and close like it's their last deal on earth - every time
• Hit and beat $3,000+ PVR consistently with a 100% menu presentation rate
• Build deals lenders want to buy and customers want to sign
• Maintain bulletproof compliance (Safeguards, OFAC, Red Flags, TILA)
• Hold CSI scores that reflect the three-pointed star on the building
• Mentor the desk, coach the floor, and run F&I like you own it

What You Bring to the Table

• A track record you're proud of and references who'll back it up
• Automotive F&I experience (luxury preferred, but if you're a monster producer in another segment, we're listening)
• Deep lender relationships and elite deal-structuring instincts
