Innovative Hematology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Adult Hematologist to join its nationally recognized, highly specialized practice in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This opportunity is focused exclusively on the diagnosis and treatment of adults with benign and complex non-malignant hematologic conditions. The incoming physician will join an established multidisciplinary team committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with bleeding, clotting, and other blood disorders.

Position Highlights

• 100% adult benign hematology
• No malignant hematology or oncology responsibilities
• Join a nationally recognized organization specializing in bleeding, clotting, and other non-malignant blood disorders
• Established patient base and strong regional referral network
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team
• Compensation is not tied to RVU production
• Base compensation of approximately $380,000 $450,000
• Additional bonus opportunity of up to 20%
• Opportunities to participate in research, education, and teaching based on the physician s interests
• Supportive clinical and administrative infrastructure
• Visa support may be considered for qualified candidates
