Heavy Equipment Operator & Concrete Foreman

Jim Hagen Concrete is looking to hire a motivated hands-on leader who can operate equipment while managing crews and overseeing field production.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction and excavation activities
• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, tractors, etc.
• Valid CDL license

Perform and oversee work involving:

• Concrete foundations & flatwork
• Drainage systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, grades, and specs
• Layout and execute work according to plans and elevations
• Supervise and direct field crew to maintain production and quality
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Ensure job site safety and compliance with OSHA standards
• Maintain equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical functions, and have knowledge of safe navigation of machinery.
