Responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations in a fast-paced quick-service burger restaurant. Prepares and cooks burgers, sandwiches, fries, and other menu items while ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards. Manages daily kitchen workflow, inventory control, food preparation, and cleanliness to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising kitchen staff. Monitors employee performance, enforces company policies, maintains labor efficiency, and fosters a positive team environment. Ensures all kitchen operations meet health and safety regulations while supporting restaurant profitability and operational goals.
