We are building the systems and leadership team to scale into a national brand. The Role: We are looking for a leader who can run a kitchen like a business. You will own kitchen operations, food quality, systems, and team development. Key Responsibilities: • Lead all kitchen operations • Ensure consistency and speed • Manage food cost and labor • Build prep systems and inventory controls • Train and develop team • Maintain cleanliness and food safety • Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal health regulations • Maintain inspection readiness at all times What We're Looking For: • 5+ years kitchen leadership experience • Strong Cuban or Latin cuisine background • Proven ability to manage costs and systems • Strong leadership and organization Growth Opportunity: Path to Executive Chef and Director of Culinary as the brand scales.
