Hardscape Field Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent with Hardscape experience:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Field Operations Manager & Project Manager as Projects are awarded

Participate in the Internal/Client construction coordination meetings

Supervise field crews

Supervise field issued construction plan process

Coordination of subcontractors

Provide current information for project scheduling and billing

Assist in ordering and coordinate with material suppliers

Direct/implement Safety First at all job sites

Review project scheduling with field personnel

Look-ahead of field crews to foresee any potential delays

Coordinate field inspection with utility authorities/municipalities

Assist in preparation of project closeout documentation

Qualifications:

5 years experience in Field Superintendent Procedures

Good computer skills

Excellent communication skills

M.O.T. certification a plus

Must have a good driving record
