Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Global Supply Chain Group Leader to join their team. As a Global Supply Chain Group Leader, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations Team, supporting production teams, Group Leaders, and plant leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Global Supply Chain Group Leader
Location: Lockport, NY
Pay Range: $54.41/hour

• Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and Group Leaders to achieve production goals.
• Manage the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment while meeting production schedules and cost targets.
• Drive Global Manufacturing System (GMS) processes and support launch and pilot activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Promote a safe work environment while supporting health, safety, ergonomics, and housekeeping initiatives.

• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and productivity improvement principles.
• Strong communication, coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Experience working in a unionized environment and understanding labor relations practices preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, safety, and operational performance.
