Performance Coach

ISI Elite Training- Simpsonville, SC is looking for a coach who is detail oriented, loves people, and has high standards for member experience.

As a Performance Coach at our ISI Elite Training- Simpsonville, SC facility, you will positively affect the lives of our members every time you coach a workout!

EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Delivering high energy group training sessions which follow the ISI brand standards

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a high energy, welcoming and close-knit community

  • Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the training floor while coaching.

  • Attends and actively participates in monthly coaching staff meetings

  • Maintains current, active CPR certification and CPT with no lapse in between

  • Must be flexible and willing to work early mornings and weekends.

  • Assist with social media ideas, online member engagement and creating an online community.

  • Assist with Marketing endeavors, including special events, hyperlocal efforts, establishing joint ventures and other networking opportunities.

  • Other reasonable tasks that become necessary from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must hold a current fitness certification from an ISI Elite Training approved education organization such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, etc.

  • Must have current CPR/AED certification

  • 3+ years of professional experience coaching and/or managing in the fitness industry

  • Must take a minimum of 2 ISI ABT sessions per week

  • Must be a great communicator, lead by example, be detail oriented, and operate with extremely high standards.

  • Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action

  • Must love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first-class member experience
