Global Payroll Speciialist

SkySys is seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to manage complex, multi-country payroll operations across our global workforce. This position is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for employees across SkySys's direct legal entities, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Spain, India, etc. as well as international employees engaged through Employer of Record (EOR) providers and independent contractors operating across multiple countries. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in complex Excel-based payroll workbooks, payroll reconciliation, multi-currency calculations, payroll systems, and international payroll coordination. This is a hands-on operational role requiring an individual capable of independently managing multiple payroll cycles, validating large volumes of payroll data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
