What You'll Do


Lead Hotel Operations
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, service, safety, and overall property appearance.
Ensure all departments operate efficiently and consistently exceed guest expectations.
Drive Financial Success
Manage hotel budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Inspire & Develop Teams
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop department leaders and hotel associates.
Foster a positive, engaging, and team-oriented culture.
Create an environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed.
Build Relationships & Grow Business
Serve as the face of the hotel within the community.
Develop relationships with guests, clients, local businesses, and community leaders.
Support sales initiatives and help drive group, corporate, and community business opportunities.
Maintain Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular property inspections and maintain high operational standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.

What We're Looking For


Qualifications
Previous hotel leadership or General Manager experience preferred.
Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills.
Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and hotel systems preferred.
CHA designation is a plus.

Technology Skills

Proficiency with:

Microsoft Office Suite
Outlook & Office 365
Hotel management and reporting systems

Physical & Work Environment


This role requires regular movement throughout the hotel, including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and managing a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
