Packing Associate - 1st and 2nd Shift
-Gibson City, IL
-Weekly Pay + Competitive Rates + Referral Bonus
-Pay & Schedule Option 1st or 2nd Shift Available

• $15.00 - 15.75/hour
• Monday- Friday 5:00am- 3:30pm or 4:00pm- 2:30am

-Overtime may be required based on production needs

Join a Fast Moving Production Team
Looking for steady work with a team that keeps things moving? In this role, you'll support manufacturing operations by working on assembly and packaging lines, helping ensure products meet quality standards and get out the door efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Work on assembly, production, and packaging lines
• Inspect products for quality and contamination
• Load, package, and prepare products for shipping
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety guidelines and report concerns
• Help keep production running smoothly throughout your shift

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team first mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow processes and safety procedures
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read/write in English (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must be 18+ years old

Physical Requirements

• Stand for most of the shift
• Lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance as needed)
• Work in environments that may be cold or warm
• Perform repetitive tasks in a fast paced setting
