• + $3.00/hr Shift Premium (2nd Shift)
• + $1.50/hr Attendance Bonus (Weekly)
• + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of a team producing ready-to-eat foods like salads and soups in a clean, fast-paced environment.

You may work in roles such as:

• Packers / Case Packers - Pack and inspect finished products
• Line Leads - Help run the line and support the team
• Clean Room Operators - Work in controlled environments operating filling equipment
• Tray / Hand Fillers - Fill products to correct weight and specs
• Potato Unloaders - Move trays and materials (higher physical role)
• Ingredient Handlers / Prep - Weigh and stage ingredients
• Production Support - Rotate across lines assisting wherever needed

Work Environment

• Refrigerated facility (30-38 F)
• Fast-paced, team-based production
• Strict food safety standards (GMP)

What You Need

• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours
• Lift up to 50-65 lbs
• Reliable and ready to work
• Manufacturing experience is a plus-but not required
