Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Patients
Setting: Inpatient Hospital-Based Gastroenterology Coverage
Responsibilities: Providing inpatient GI coverage, consults, ERCP procedures, inpatient/outpatient procedures, and gastroenterology call coverage
Required Procedures: ERCP Required EUS Highly Preferred
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Hospital-Based GI Team & Clinical Support Staff
Days Per Month: Ongoing Coverage
On-Call/Weekends: 24 Hour Offsite Beeper Call Coverage Required

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Active Iowa License or IMLC Required
• ACLS Required
• ERCP Required
• COVID Vaccination Required
