Gas Processing / TEG Service Technician

BH Energy Services LLC is seeking a dependable, experienced Gas Processing / TEG Service Technician to support our field services team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of hands on experience who can work oilfield hours, handle callouts, and take pride in delivering high quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair TEG dehydration units and related gas processing equipment
• Install, inspect, and maintain pumps, reboilers, exchangers, filters, and system components
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and implement effective field solutions
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
• Follow all BH Energy Services safety procedures and customer site requirements
• Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and dispatch
• Work variable schedules, including extended hours, weekends, and callouts

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in TEG systems, gas processing, or oilfield mechanical/industrial maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read and follow work orders, P&IDs, and basic technical instructions
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• Comfortable working independently and managing field tasks
• Willingness to work oilfield hours, including overtime and callouts
