Seeking experienced BPL originators who thrive in a high-production environment for a financial services company in Tampa, FL. These positions combine company-generated leads with the opportunity to leverage and expand an existing book of business. Competitive salary and package.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Requirements:
0 to 2 years as a licensed Loan Officer managing leads with a book of business, leads will be supplemented(preferred)
Non-QM experience strongly preferred (DSCR, Bank Statement, 5 10 unit);
no license required for Business Purpose/DSCR loans
Must pass background check
