A small but quickly growing company in Montague, NJ is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years working experience with:
-AIA Contracts, Invoicing, Lien Waivers, and other documents.
-Accounts Receivable.
-Accounts Payable.
-Quickbooks Pro including Weekly Payroll and Certified Payroll.
-Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
-Weekly and Quarterly 940, 941, and NJ 927.
- A strong ability with Microsoft Excel.
- A friendly phone voice.
- The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while typing both quickly and accurately.
- Solid Communication and Organizational skills.
Must have previous experience in the Construction or Service Industry.
Full time schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
