FSQ Manager

Job Type: Full Time Shift: 6 am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday Expected Hours: 40 Our client is a Dairy Product manufacturer looking to add a FSQ Manager to its food, quality, and safety department. An individual i this role would be responsible for ensuring products consistently meet regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards. This leader oversees daily laboratory operations while driving food safety and quality initiatives, including environmental monitoring, sanitation programs, HACCP, SQF compliance, and process verification activities. Must have a Bachelor"s degree in food science, Dairy Science, Microbiology, or any related field. Must have at least 6 years of experience in quality assurance within the dairy product manufacturing Must have a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory quality role. Strong knowledge of HACCP, cGMP, FSMA, and regulatory compliance.
