Front Office Manager About the Role General Hotels Corporation is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead Front Desk operations at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport and help create exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. We're looking for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports their team, and understands the importance of service, professionalism, and operational excellence. As Front Office Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk while helping ensure guests receive outstanding service and team members feel supported, trained, and motivated to succeed. What You'll DoOversee all Front Desk and guest service operationsLead, coach, and support Front Desk team membersEnsure guests receive exceptional service throughout their stayAssist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training front office staffHandle guest concerns professionally and implement service recovery solutionsMonitor room inventory, occupancy, and guest billing accuracyWork closely with Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to support hotel operationsMaintain brand standards and ensure operational complianceParticipate in Manager on Duty responsibilities as neededReview reports, daily operations, and department performance metricsSupport labor management, scheduling, and operational efficiencyHelp create a positive, team-oriented work environment What You'll BringPrevious Front Desk or hotel supervisory experience requiredStrong leadership, communication, and guest service skillsExperience with hotel PMS systems requiredAbility to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to lead teams while maintaining professionalism under pressureExperience handling guest concerns and service recovery situationsBudgeting, scheduling, or labor management experience preferredFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededReliable transportation and dependable attendanceBilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Why You'll Love It Here At General Hotels Corporation, we believe hospitality is about creating memorable experiences while building strong, supportive teams.
