The Role:

We need a self-motivated leader who leads by example. The ideal candidate is incredibly guest-focused and inherently believes that no task is "not my job." You will be the driver of our daily culture: fun and engaging to work with, but fully capable of stepping up as a firm disciplinarian when necessary to keep the team on task. Your ultimate goal is to cultivate a work vibe so great that employees are excited to show up, work hard, and deliver their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by Example: Jump in wherever needed to support the crew and the culinary team. You will set the standard for the floor with a hands-on approach.

Cultivate Culture: Maintain a fantastic, upbeat work environment that motivates the staff, while holding employees accountable to our standards.

Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding, energetic interactions with our guests, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and leaves happy.
