Franchise District Manager/General Manager - Consultant

We have an opening for a NOVA based Restaurant Franchise General District Manager.

This is a hybrid position encompassing General Manager experience, new unit openings, franchise consultant skills within the franchise community and multi-unit Director level responsibility.

We operate in the fast casual segment, culinary driven concept with international roots.

If you are currently a General Manager or have recent multi-unit, fast casual/franchise consultant experience this could be an option.

Qualified candidates will have easy access to the Northern Virginia market, restaurant operations experience at the General Manager or multi-unit level combined with a successful track record. A culinary platform is a huge benefit.

The successful hire will be the brand ambassador within the franchise community, exceptional communication skills and credible operations background are imperative to this role.

The position will ultimately become a multi-unit developer role
