Forklift Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a sit-down, stand-up, reach, or cherry picker forklift (depending on assignment).
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
• Move, stack, and organize pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Receive and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned, including palletizing, shrink wrapping, labeling, and inventory counts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operating experience.
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified if required).
• Experience with sit-down, stand-up, reach, or cherry picker forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
