Forklift Driver

We are a small business, located in Salem, specializing in logistics services and complex assembly services, including full vehicle assembly, for the Automotive industry. We serve the MACK truck plant in Salem since 2019 and are steadily expanding.

The position: We are looking for Forklift Drivers.

Your responsibilities:

• You will transport material from designated areas in the facility as indicated by the production schedule.
• You will handle dunnage containers and empties.
• You will move goods packed on pallets or in crates around the facility to feed the line with material.
• You will stack goods in the correct storage bays and follow inventory control instructions.
• You will make sure that all loads are properly secured and will carry out routine checks of the forklift.

Our expectations:

• You are able to assess weight and judge distances and heights.
• You have outstanding attendance records.
• You are mechanically inclined and make safety a priority in your daily work environment.
• You have professionally operated a stand up, sit down, double fork, single fork or wide Forklift machine.
• You have previous certification.
• You have multiple years of experience.
• We'd love it if you had previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
