Floating Gymnastics Team Coach

Looking for a part-time to full-time experienced gymnastics team coach that can be the head coach for our Xcel Silver team while providing extra help to other teams as needed. This person must have experience in coaching Xcel and/or Developmental gymnastics. This person must have great hands-on spotting and communication with gymnasts and their families. This person must work in tandem with the Xcel Director, Developmental Director, Assistant coaches and Owner. This person must be able to execute premade lesson plans and/or create new ones. This person must be a team player, assist where is needed. We are a fun, family oriented company, where "working hard is fun". This person must be able to travel during meet season and hours are somewhat flexible. We are open Monday-Thursday evenings from 4-8:30 and Saturday mornings from 9-12.
