Fleet Agent - Houston

Join our dynamic Fleet Team as a Fleet Agent in Humble, TX! We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to help manage and maintain our expanding vehicle fleet. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a direct impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance report and send to the terminals.


• Update vehicle inspections, registration, insurance, and all documents in the Fleet Maintenance Software in accordance with state and federal regulations.


• Enter invoices into the fleet management system.


• Coordinate vehicle registrations, license plates, and stickers.


• Add and update units in the Fleet Management software, ELD software, and trailer tracking software.


• Ensure trailer tracking devices and ELDs are connected and working properly.


• Schedule repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.


• Assist with onboarding vehicles.


• Assist with monitoring fleet costs and ensuring they remain in line with the budget.


• Assist the Fleet Director, as necessary.


• Execute assignments and meet deadlines.


• Adhere to company policies and procedures.


• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.


• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.


• Complete a background check/screening to meet security requirements.


• Dependability and ability to follow directions.


• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, changing environment.


• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted and stand for long periods.

Location: Humble, TX (on-site)
Compensation: $60,000$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
