Fire Sprinkler Sales Estimator

Position-Fire Sprinkler Sales Estimator Location: Dania Beach, FL Job type: Full-time, on-site Pay: Based on experience The Client is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Sales Estimator to prepare accurate bids and help win installation and renovation projects across South Florida. This position is for someone who understands fire sprinkler work, can manage multiple bid deadlines, and is comfortable speaking directly with general contractors and customers. You will work with our design, project management, and field teams from the initial bid through the handoff of awarded projects. What you'll do Review plans, specifications, addenda, and bid invitations. Perform material and labor takeoffs for fire sprinkler projects. Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing and prepare estimates. Write proposals with clear scopes, exclusions, and qualifications. Ask questions and identify missing information before submitting bids. Follow up with customers and general contractors, answer questions, and help secure awarded work. Build relationships and identify new bidding opportunities. Keep bid records, pricing, and project information organized. Coordinate the handoff of awarded projects to operations. What we're looking for Experience estimating fire sprinkler installation or renovation projects. Ability to read construction plans and specifications. Knowledge of fire sprinkler materials and installation methods. Strong communication, customer service, and sales follow-through. Ability to manage several estimates and deadlines at once. Comfort using estimating software, spreadsheets, and other business applications. Experience with fire pumps, underground fire lines, standpipes, tenant improvements, or retrofit projects is a plus.
