We are seeking a high-caliber Financial Advisor Assistant for a premier wealth management client. This is a high-impact, hybrid role requiring a rare blend of elite interpersonal skills and technical financial planning expertise. The ideal candidate will act as the frontline relationship builder during client fact-finding interviews, while simultaneously executing back-office case design, 401(k) analysis, and application preparation.

Job Responsibilities of the Financial Advisor Assistant:

• Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with clients to gather financial data.


• Partner with advisors to architect custom investment planning solutions.


• Manage precise document entry across all financial planning platforms.


• Build, audit, and submit investment and insurance applications.


• Track and facilitate complex insurance settlements through completion.


• Analyze client 401(k) statements and employer-sponsored plans.


• Attend remote team meetings and work on-site for primary operations.


• Input discovered client assets into planning software to run baseline retirement projections and gap analyses


• Assist advisors by drafting initial portfolio models based on the client's risk tolerance profile.


• Track completed insurance settlements and investment transfers to ensure proper revenue mapping.

Qualifications for the Financial Advisor Assistant:

• Active Life & Health Insurance License is strongly preferred.


• Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or Finance.


• Proven background in investment planning and wealth management workflows.


• Direct prior experience working with a wealth management firm.


• Strong working knowledge of 401(k) structures and rules.


• Exceptional "people person" with elite verbal communication skills.


• High data-entry accuracy and comfort with financial software.

Compensation for the Financial Advisor Assistant:
$25 Hourly
