We are seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing automotive shop equipment at customer locations throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys mechanical work, troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working independently in the field.

Service area is primarily Los Angeles County. Applicants should be comfortable traveling throughout the Los Angeles area on a daily basis.


Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive shop equipment
• Service equipment including vehicle lifts, wheel aligners, tire changers, wheel balancers, A/C service machines, and other automotive service equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Read service manuals, installation instructions, and wiring diagrams
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment issues and repairs
• Complete service reports and documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Manage daily service calls and work independently in the field


Qualifications:
• Strong mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to lift and move equipment components as needed
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience servicing automotive shop equipment
• Experience with vehicle lifts, wheel aligners, tire changers, wheel balancers, or A/C service equipment
• Automotive technician experience
• Field service technician experience
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience


Bonus Skills (Not Required):
• Experience installing automotive lifts, including two-post, four-post, scissor, or specialty vehicle lifts
