Field Safety - Construction Industry

We provide civil construction, commercial construction and industrial construction services including site preparation, excavation, underground utilities, and paving.

Responsibilities:

•Coordinate and communicate employee work related injury care/light duty work with managers/supervisors

•Assist with job site inspections, assessments and evaluations to identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety and health rules and regulations

•Assist in the investigation of safety incidents, employee injuries, near misses and/or situations where safety procedures were not followed and complete the appropriate reports and/or other paperwork necessary

•Assist with the follow up after an accident, incident or near miss situation to ensure the appropriate corrective actions have been implemented to prevent recurrence of a similar situation

•Assist and perform routine inspections of various life safety systems including, but not limited to, fire extinguishers, emergency eyewash, nearest emergency locations and first aid

•Other duties as assigned
