Job Title: Field Maintenance Technician

Job Description: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative and routine maintenance of equipment, buildings and grounds of the restaurants in their area or market, maintaining operational standards and procedures in an effective and efficient manner. This position operates under the direction of the Sr. District Manager. The Maintenance Technician will install and connect utilities for foodservice equipments, test and repair food service equipment, perform periodic maintenance assessments, and be in charge of miscellaneous plumbing, electrical, lighting, and a variety of carpentry repairs.

Qualifications:

The Maintenance Technician must be able to respond to emergency situations at all times including nights and weekends so it is imperative that the person hired live in the Richmond, Virginia area.
The Maintenance Technician must have 5+ years experience working with HVAC systems, electrical systems, refrigeration and a variety of cooking equipment platforms.
The Maintenance Technician must have an HVAC certification, EPA universal
The Maintenance Technician must possess basic knowledge of carpentry and building cosmetics as well as the ability to troubleshoot equipment and mechanics.
