Fiber Optic Assembler

As a Fiberoptic Assembler 1, you will be responsible for efficiently assembling, and testing fiber optic components and products to meet the highest quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITES: Include but are not limited to the following,

- Perform precision assembly of fiber optic components, including connectors, cables, and modules.

- Follow assembly instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate and compliant assembly.

- Use specialized tools and equipment to measure, cut, strip, and terminate fiber optic cables.

- Accurately record all daily production and scrap data as

- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or vocational certification in a relevant field is a plus.

- Previous experience in fiber optic assembly or related field is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with fiber optic assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.

- Understanding of fiber optic terminations, connectors, and splicing.

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical specifications.

- Strong attention to detail and exceptional manual dexterity.

- Proficient in using basic measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
