• Patient Population: Outpatient primary care, family medicine patients
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Responsibilities: Provide full-time outpatient primary care, manage patient panel, participate in shared call rotation, collaborate with onsite and hospital-based specialties
• Required Procedures: Routine family medicine/primary care procedures
• EMR System: Cerner
• Support Staff: 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers; onsite lab services
• Days Per Month: Full-time, Monday Friday schedule
• On-Call/Weekends: Shared call rotation 1:4

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Iowa medical license or willingness to obtain
• Clean malpractice history
• NPDB self-query within 30 days
