FACILITY PROJECT MANAGER

Financial & Realty Services, LLC dba FRS Professional Services, LLC (FRS), a facilities management firm located in Calverton, MD, is seeking Facility Project Managers to service our federal government client in Beltsville, MD.


Project managers will oversee facility management, administrative and technical support for the accomplishment of any of the following duties: O&M, architectural, program of requirements (POR), sustaining maintenance/repairs, reimbursable services, utility work, security, studies and analysis, record management, quality control, and strategic planning.


Candidates will review budgets and oversee projects. Knowledge of a wide range of building management principles, concepts and practices as well as a thorough understanding of federal government facility needs is required. Must be able to cooperate, maintain and manage real property assets in a manner that provides quality building services at reasonable costs and satisfies building tenants. Must have experience managing 1 million SF facility working directly with leasehold agreements and have the knowledge of standard terminology and appropriate local codes to identify situations of nonconformance. Facilitation, coordination and meeting skills required along with sound customer relationship skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive recommendations in differing formats to all levels of audience.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • PMP certification
  • Must possess at least 7 years' relevant experience
  • Experienced, certified and licensed in the maintenance of complex industrial facilities and the operation of utility systems
  • Experienced in the administration, scheduling, and coordination of a work force for maintenance of a government building
  • Knowledgeable about CMMS
  • Must be able to work under time constraints based on level of priority
  • Effective communicator, verbal and written correspondence; must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
