Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure:
Current RN license in the hiring state or compact license; must meet all state board requirements.
Certifications:
Required:
BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire.
May be required based on unit: ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, OCN, CPHON, or other unit-specific certifications.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Prolonged standing and walking each shift.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, and maintain grip strength as needed.
