Facilities & Maintenance Helper

Position Title: Facilities & Maintenance Helper Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the facility. Maintain clean and organized work areas, offices, break rooms, and common areas. Assist with general facility maintenance and upkeep. Help move, organize, and dispose of materials as needed. Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed. Report maintenance, safety, or facility issues to management. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending. Previous cleaning, maintenance, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
