Job Title: Fab Operator I Location: 300 N. 56th St., Chandler, Arizona, 85226 Duration: 6 months (extension possible) its not a Temp-to-hire role 8-hour shifts Mon to Fri 1st Shift hours: 6:00AM 2:30PM. Pay rate: $22/hr. 2nd shift hours: 2:00PM - 10:30PM. Pay rate: $24.20/hr
Role Overview Work is in a Class 5 cleanroom requiring full cleanroom suits throughout the full shift. Position involves highly repetitive manufacturing tasks requiring attention to detail and consistency. Work is highly manual, involving: o Tweezers, small tools, microscopes o Manual part handling o Alternating standing/sitting Candidate Preferences Preferred backgrounds: Dexcom, NXP, aerospace, medical manufacturing, or similar hands on environments. Also open to candidates with no cleanroom experience if they are willing and trainable. Must ensure candidates are not claustrophobic and can tolerate full PPE suit. Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail. Interview Process Candidates should expect a 1-hour onsite interview that may include: Introduction and career overview Resume-based technical and experience discussion Product and sample-part demonstration Hands-on simple dexterity test Fab facility/window tour 15 mins Q&A session Candidates are most successful when they: Have steady hands and good fine-motor skills.
