We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Electrician/Journeman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed correctly, safely, and within the designated timeframe. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who works well with others, possesses exceptional troubleshooting skills, and can confidently lay out houses from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage on-site jobs from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion.

• Residential Layouts: Read blueprints and accurately lay out electrical systems for houses, including wiring, circuitry, and panel placement.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose, isolate, and repair complex electrical issues efficiently.

• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with clients, contractors, and team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical installations comply with local building codes and the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician with a strong background in residential layouts and job management.

• License & Records:

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.

• Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team on-site.

  • Excellent time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
