Experianced remodeler

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Remodeler to join our growing construction team. You will execute high-quality residential or commercial renovations from start to finish, including demolition, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and basic plumbing or electrical work. The ideal candidate is a hands-on craftsperson with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to turn client visions into reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Preparation: Execute demolition tasks, safely remove obsolete fixtures, and prepare job sites for daily construction.
• Carpentry & Framing: Construct and repair framed structures, hang doors, install windows, and perform intricate trim carpentry.
• Finishing Work: Prepare, patch, and paint horizontal and vertical surfaces. Install cabinetry, countertops, and tile backsplashes.
• Flooring & Tiling: Properly install and finish a variety of flooring materials, including hardwood, tile, carpet, and vinyl.
• Fixture Installation: Replace and install finishes including plumbing fixtures, lighting, and electrical hardware.
• Quality & Compliance: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure all work meets local regulations and quality standards.
• Job Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Remodeler, Carpenter, or General Contractor.
• Tool Proficiency: Strong proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely.
• Trade Knowledge: Working knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and basic mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, Elecrical) systems.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, work in varying weather conditions, and lift/carry at least 50 lbs.
• Licensing/Transport: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive customer-service attitude, and strong time-management skills.
