The Role
As our Executive Sous Chef, you will work hand-in-hand with the Executive Chef to drive daily kitchen operations and service execution. You will not only cook on the line and lead the back-of-house team, but you will also have the creative freedom to develop specials that highlight seasonal ingredients and contribute to our seasonal menu planning.
