About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team. You will be responsible for daily kitchen operations, food quality, inventory, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. What You'll Do
• Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure food quality and consistency on every plate
• Manage food costs, control waste, and keep inventory accurate
• Order product, receive deliveries, and maintain vendor relationships
• Build weekly schedules and manage labor to budget
• Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Conduct line checks before every service
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of kitchen experience with at least 1-2 years in a management or lead role
• Strong understanding of food cost, inventory, and kitchen financials
• ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days)
• Ability to lead a team calmly and effectively under pressure
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
