We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and kitchen operations of a high-end, chef-driven fine dining concept. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for exceptional food, team development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead all back-of-house operations and culinary execution
• Develop seasonal menus and innovative culinary programs
• Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Partner with front-of-house leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years of culinary leadership experience
• 5+ years as an Executive Chef in fine dining or upscale high-volume restaurants
• Strong background in menu development, cost control, budgeting, and operations
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams
• Knowledge of Restaurant365, Toast, and HotSchedules preferred
• Strong understanding of culinary trends, food safety, and kitchen management
