Job Details Our firm is seeking an Estates Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our New York office. This is a hands-on role for a litigator who already knows the Surrogate's Court and wants meaningful responsibility early. What You'll Do Handle contested estate and trust matters, including will contests, accounting proceedings, kinship hearings, and fiduciary disputes Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs, and appear in Surrogate's Court Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy from intake through resolution What You Bring 3+ years of practice with direct, demonstrable estates litigation experience (required) Admission to the New York bar and good standing Strong research, writing, and courtroom instincts, and comfort managing matters with limited supervision Interested in hearing more?
