ERP Data Specialist

Our client is seeking an ERP Data Specialist to own the accuracy and governance of manufacturing data in JD Edwards (JDE) and connected systems (EBT, palletizers, labelers, and Lisam).

What you'll do: Set up and maintain item master data, BOMs, and routings so production, planning, costing, and inventory run smoothly. You'll keep data consistent across systems, enforce data standards, and maintain audit-ready documentation that meets FDA, ISO, and SOX requirements. You'll also handle data changes for MOCs, new products, and engineering updates, and help R&D move products from pilot to production. The role works closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and IT, and supports process improvements, ERP upgrades, and data migrations.

Required: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in master data management or data stewardship in manufacturing, and experience with JDE or a similar ERP, including strong knowledge of BOMs and item master data.

Preferred: Familiarity with EBT, palletizers, labelers, or Lisam, and hands-on manufacturing or production experience.
