Epic Healthy Planet / Compass Rose Analyst

Nyne Infotech, LLC is hiring an Epic Healthy Planet / Compass Rose Analyst for a leading healthcare organization.

Location: Remote United States
Duration: 12+ months with possible extension
Engagement: W-2, C2C, or 1099
Pay Range: $75-$85 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, test, implement, enhance, and support Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose workflows and programs.
Provide hands-on Compass Rose Clinical Build expertise.
Develop and optimize Compass Rose programs supporting population health, care management, payer attribution, and value-based care.
Lead meetings and guide clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders from requirements through implementation.
Complete unit, system, and integrated testing; troubleshoot production issues and maintain documentation.
Support upgrades, workflow enhancements, change control, and application optimization.

Required Qualifications:
Active/current Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose certification.
Hands-on Compass Rose Clinical Build experience.
Experience developing Compass Rose programs.
Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills.
Epic Cogito/analytics, managed-care, payer, provider, or FQHC experience preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
