Salary Up to $125,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to the Southern US

Our client is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join their manufacturing team and play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and continuously improving operation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS THE EHS MANAGER:
Lead and manage the facility's Environmental, Health & Safety programs.
Ensure compliance with federal and state EHS regulations.
Prepare required regulatory reports and maintain EHS records.
Partner with production and plant management to identify and resolve safety and environmental issues.
Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Manage the workers' compensation program.
Stay current with changing regulations and industry best practices.
Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the facility.
Support plant vehicle and security programs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN EHS MANAGER:
Bachelor's degree in EHS, Environmental Engineering, Safety, or a related field.
At least 6 years of EHS/Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of federal and state EHS regulations.
Experience developing and implementing EHS programs.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with both management and employees on the plant floor.
ASP or CSP certification or willingness to obtain.
