Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Representative

The Bizarre Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Representatives.

This is a face-to-face marketing and sales position focused on representing nonprofit organizations at events, retail activations, and community campaigns throughout the Miami area. Team members will interact directly with the public, build brand awareness, and help generate new supporters for our clients through professional in-person communication.

We are looking for individuals who are competitive, coachable, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required, as full training and mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit campaigns professionally at live events and promotional locations
• Engage with customers and communicate campaign information clearly
• Assist with customer acquisition and supporter enrollment
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image
• Work alongside team leaders and participate in daily training sessions
• Help execute marketing campaigns and event promotions
• Learn leadership, sales, and business development skills
